Learn with MG

  • Mary Grace prioritizes a holistic teaching approach. She encourages all dancers to connect with their movement and body, emphasizing that we are all different! She does not believe in the “if I can do it, you can do it” mentality. She believes it is vital that dancers learn the importance of using their voice (in life and in dance), how to take care of their body and prevent injury, as well as how to have dance in their life, professionally and beyond.

Mary Grace feels passionate about continuing to make the dance industry a safer place. She is always working to continue her education, in hopes of creating more equitable and accessible spaces in dance.

She believes dance is a way to heal, connect, and celebrate.

To her, class is a way to work on one’s craft, gain further education, and connect with community. Mary Grace works to create a space that feels safe for movement exploration and for supporting one another; leaving class with a sense of community is incredibly important to her.

She has been teaching for the past 13 years; working with dancers ages 6 to professional level.
